Amma is an experienced Reiki Master dedicated to teaching and attuning individuals to the different levels of Reiki, including Reiki I, Reiki II, and the master teacher level, Reiki III. Alongside teaching and attuning, Amma offers Reiki treatments to clients and facilitates workshops and classes. In addition to these roles, Amma is skilled in Sound Healing, Holistic Birth Doula support, and Life Coaching. As a Sound Healer, Amma utilizes a range of sound frequencies and vibrations to promote relaxation, balance, and healing within individuals. Through the use of instruments such as singing bowls, drums, and tuning forks, Amma creates a soothing and harmonious environment that can help alleviate stress, reduce anxiety, and enhance overall well-being.
