HOW CAN WE HELP?
"How Can We Help" is a program open to the public, with the objective of fostering self-awareness, emotional control, and mental clarity. At our meet-ups, we will delve into various methods to attain financial, spiritual, and physical well-being. Our committed healers will graciously impart their expertise, resources, and techniques to empower our communities.
Our Mission & Vision
Our Mission: We are dedicated to organizing community gatherings that welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds, to promote self-awareness, emotional management, and mental clarity.

Our Vision: Our gatherings will explore a range of approaches to help our members achieve financial, spiritual, and physical well-being.
To join our monthly gatherings, you are required to become a member by subscribing to our $17/month private community app. This platform ensures the confidentiality of shared information within our community. By joining us, you will learn how to cultivate both indoor and outdoor gardens, establish strong bonds with fellow community members, and participate in exclusive gatherings where we unite as a supportive village. As Amma often reminds us, "We are never alone. We are all one!"
Sacred Wobman Healing Circle
The Sacred Wombman Healing Circle provides a supportive environment for women to come together and address issues such as inner child trauma, womb pain, and financial instability. Meetings are held once a week on Sundays from 10 am to 12 pm, either at the BFBF Headquarters or outdoors in backyards, parks, and via Zoom during the warmer months. This program has been running for 2 years, and participants also engage in a private community app to share their personal healing experiences and strategies for overcoming challenges. Our meetups are exclusively accessible through our private community app, which is available for a monthly subscription fee of $17.
Conversations With ILL WILL
Conversations With ILL Will offers a nurturing space where men can gather to openly address their emotions, challenges, insecurities, and mental health issues. Engaging in conversations about trauma, fears, and vulnerabilities will enhance the sense of camaraderie within our supportive brotherhood. We are finalizing the dates and times for the upcoming sessions to embark on this healing journey through brotherhood.
ALONE = WE'RE ALL ONE
"We're All One," provides a space for the community to participate in monthly workshops like 'nurture your mindset,' 'group yoga and sound healing,' 'Group Water Healing Experience,' 'How To Become Financially Free,' and other topics. This space caters to the community's interests and learning preferences."

During the warmer months, we frequently gather in natural settings, with our primary meeting spot being the backyard of the Be Free Be Fly Women’s Center.
